This gadget helps Clank by shooting a green blob of special ink at drones or lasers. This weapon has 8 bullets. If it runs out of ammo, it has it's own ammo crate so it's easy to replenish. This gadget is found in the Boltaire Museum. It can not be upgraded.

- If you use the Klunk skin and beat the Spaceship Graveyard level over ten times, the Blackout Pen will permanently turn invisible. This will not always work.
